FAQs

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of swimwear and gym wear, we don't accept returns or exchanges (We unfortunately can't resell items that may have been swam or sweated in).

For dresses, winter, and loungewear, a return (for a credit note) will be accepted if it is in the same condition as received, in the original packaging and unworn and within 7 days. Once confirmed that the item is in sellable condition, a credit note will be provided. Courier will be at the expense of the customer. 

Size exchanges will be accommodated subject to availability, courier will be at the expense of the customer. 

Unfortunately we do not do exchanges or returns on sale items as they are sold as is, generally below cost.

Shipping

Items take (up to) 7 working days to receive, dependent on your area. Due to our items being handmade, we follow a process of warehouse - quality check - packaging - courier, hence the 7 working day period. Please keep this in mind when purchasing an order, however, feel free to contact us should you be based in the Johannesburg area and would like to collect your package instead.

Please allow 7-14 working days before receiving items purchased on sale, as we have a higher than usual volume of orders and work on a first come first serve basis. 

Custom Orders

While our items are locally made, we unfortunately don't do custom orders. Should you have any suggestions on future designs, or if you like one of our items and we don't stock your size, feel free to email us and we will accommodate you as best as possible.

Sizing

Our sizes are standardized and we list approximate size guidelines in the description page of each of our items, as well as recommendations if it's a small or big cut.
